There is a limit on claims....that resets every hour. So you have to claim at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc o'clock or you will got that error message.
(once i got it 7 minutes after the reset...so you have also to be pretty fast).

what i can not withdraw?

I understand that you have to limit claiming because you can't give for free milions of satoshis every day but it's unfair for users that invested for one of the paying levels and now they must to claim at certain time or they have different rates after few days of their purchase.

no not want to loss our user  but must be undrstand to any site run to run more must be truth firstly and make control for him profit and the income and how much the user can earn from our site

for exm moonbit can claiming every 5 min  and the timer is slower with time to rise until 1050 satoshi per hour or 3287 satoshi  per day you see that

now if claiming every 5min is good but now way stand-up almost day with moon bit in every 5 min  if make that 1or2-3 time not make more

The fact about global limits is really bad....i bought level 5 because i wanted to claim when i want while now i must claim exactly at some time.

7 minutes after the reset limit was already reached lol

Also i don't know what this have to do with moonbit and similar sites....there the limit is only claiming at least 5 minutes after the latest claim and i never wasnt be able to claim because of a stupid other limit.

I know you want to loose users since 50k is too much and i think you're doing pretty well.

ok, so, i think skybtc should think twice, even 3 times or more about these global limits, i didnt invest btc in the site (yet) but, think with me, if you invest at level 5(exemple), you need to claim about 18 times per day ( considering 1 claim per hour, i know you could wait) to basically recover your investment, if anything, like global limits, prevent me to claim, and in the end of the month i lose money, i would stop to use the site immediately.
