If other sites can do, why slovibe cant and force themselves to have mandatory KYC? This new site should learn from the older sites that are also using Curacao license. Requiring KYC even before making deposit is good but the fact is that it is not preferable in this crypto gambling industry. I'm pretty sure that 90% or even more gamblers from this forum will not be interested to play here due to the KYC.
I somewhat agree, but you are forgetting that there are other sites who have similar demands. For example Roobet is one Curacao-licensed casino where you are also required to undergo KYC verification. Many players complained about it, some left, but still there are many who are still playing there. I expect that in the future we will see more of the same no matter that we don't like it.

Glad someone is getting it! Smiley

No matter how much we dislike KYC/AML etc., crypto gambling wild west is not going to stay like this forever!

Agreed, because if the application of KYC only follows the big winners, it means that there is a prize held which is the player's right to withdraw or not. However, the rules already listed are better applied in their entirety. As for when there is a policy update from the casino regarding the completeness of data for KYC, at least there has been a notification a few days before the implementation of the new rules is implemented.
It will help members know what they should do related to the new policy update to prepare themselves. But to be honest, the KYC is not necessary to be applied in the casino for a gambler who does not win much money. The rules can change from time to time following the changes that happen to the site or the situation.

Thank you for your kind words! The 20 EUR minimum deposit applies to both cryptocurrency and fiat deposits - but we are in the process of relooking at this Smiley Stay tuned!
Hopefully, the minimum deposit can be lower than 20 EUR so the small gambler can try to join your site. Maybe 5 EUR should be okay for them as if we convert from EUR to USD, 5 EUR can equal $5,61.

I visited your site and registered to verify my email and I do not have any problem. Your verification process is complete and requires us to send many documents, which I wonder if you can remove and do not use those complete verification steps.

Oh BTW, you can gather your reply in one reply ;d

...but it there should be an option to verify or do KYC like when you win a big amount or your account or suspect, or they should randomly pick people to do KYC, but here you have to verify right away when you register.
That's even worse if they did it like that. If you know that you have to do KYC to play on the platform, you have a choice: You either comply and do it, or you go and play somewhere else. If you are only asking those who win to undergo KYC, it's just bad practice. It shows that you don't care where the player is from as long as he losses, but if he wins, you will try to find a reason not to pay out his winnings.

The link to our curacao license is in the website footer Smiley
Yes, I see it now, thanks.
Guys, if you are using an ad blocker, you need to temporarily disable it or use a browser where there isn't one installed. The license is located on the left side of the copyright information.

This is the one.

Hey Pmalek! Thank you for bringing this to our attention - we will look into it and get back to you.

It is weird that many forum members can't access the website.
I can access the website without any problems.I can say that I'm very impressed by the website design, the amount of games and the amount of deposit/withdrawal options.OP wants to be really professional and he isn't half-assing anything.I guess that there's a big team behind this project.
Does the 20 EUR minimum deposit apply to cryptocurrency deposits or is it for fiat payment methods only?
I find it weird that there is such a big minimum amount for crypto deposits.
The biggest advantage of crypto casinos compared to the fiat casinos is the really low minimum deposit.
Anyway,your website looks great,OP.

The thing is, many Curacao licensed gaming platforms don't require all of their players to undergo KYC. But you do. And those other sites also comply with the license agreements and request identity verification only if they believe someone is abusing the system, using multiple accounts, or is flagged for some other reason.

Yes, most of us really don't like that KYC! And many licensed crypto casinos don't force that rule, at least for us average players! As Pmalek says, that only happens to people who are flagged for some reason...
I am not sure did you see this?:
About id verification not being mandatory in the future - I think it will and that is also what I am being told by various crypto casino operators - not sure when but sooner than later, things will change drastically, no matter if we like it or not. Besides, any operation willing to be "legal", will have to implement KYC & AML policies, the wild west is not the way. Even freaking curacao is going to require more than we are currently seeing imo.

I guess it will be interesting to see what will happen with crypto gambling in the next years... If Efi is right, and he was right many times about many things, it will be hard to find a good crypto casino without mandatory KYC! Anyway, until that happens I will try to skip that KYC whenever I can!

Being fully licensed with Curaçao determines which countries players are allowed to play from and which countries are restricted.

When a player registers, the account notes the players IP address, informing where the player’s from. The player needs to follow the verification process, including residency etc. All in line with standard protocol to ensure we’re abiding by Curaçao’s laws.

Anyway, it looks good on the first impression. I will register tonight and check out since you are not anymore requiring a phone number to register.
They are not asking for it for account registrations, but you won't be allowed to deposit or withdraw without completing your identity verification. That also includes submitting a valid phone number. Click on wallet and go to the deposit or withdrawal tab and the site will redirect you to your profile with a message telling you to provide all your personal details first.

SO, it's not allowed to use VPN. Got it. It will be hard for many players to get into your casino as it requires a lot of information. Anyway, it looks good on the first impression. I will register tonight and check out since you are not anymore requiring a phone number to register.

SlotVibeOfficial, welcome to the bitcointalk forum. Your website design looks fresh and attractive.
But, what's up with your promotional banners? They seem to be very outdated.

For example, you stated in the Welcome Bonus: 100% up to € 200 or 1 BTC + 150 FS

This can't be right, and it's contrary to what your Bonus Terms And Conditions state.
The same goes for other promo banners.

This quote has its own reasons for me in choosing a gambling site that asks for my personal identity.
It's no doubt weird to ask for phone number for a gambling site. Why do they even need that phone number at the first place? Providing phone number is required*. I would never bother to join the site.

OP, you must consider removing such requirements if you want to attract people from here.

they are fast, they already removed the phone number requirements.

but since they mentioned they have curacao license, i'm expecting that they have the usual curacao gaming license logo where you can click and will direct you to the validation site. can the team publish such link? thanks.

If we are found unabiding to the license requirements we could be heavily fined and lose our license.

, or they should randomly pick people to do KYC, but here you have to verify right away when you register.

This would be a very bad option to implement. Mandatory KYC since the start is better than picking random users to do KYC later. It will be something "unfair" if they decide ask KYC by picking random users. I do not mean to say mandatory KYC for crypto gambling is good, but it is better than your last suggestion.
Yes implementing KYC for all users would be fair and so gamblers can decide if they still want to use the platform rather than implementing the KYC later on for random users only.

Well, I dont really like a casino with KYC but there's an exception for a Casino that has many users who trusted the site for long period already.

Hence, since this Casino is new and lots of questions needs to be address first, I wont register until im convince.

I have checked your website. The layout is different as compared to the other gambling website which I really like. Signup was easy but I think you should also add the option of social media signup. Live chat support was good enough to answer the queries on time. But the policy of voluntarily account suspension should also be added. In case a user isn't available for any reason there should not be any monthly administrative fee. The overall website is good. I wish you good luck with this website.

Welcome to bitcointalk forum and I hope you are ready to answer some questions Smiley
Maybe I am missing something, but this looks like just one more boring casino website and I don't see many reasons why I would use it and I don't see any advantage compared to standard options we have.
Change my mind and tell me why I should try SlotVibe.

One of the main reasons why I opted not to play here is the KYC, it's asking everything about your personal information just when you are signing up yes they are compliant as they claim but it there should be an option to verify or do KYC like when you win a big amount or your account or suspect, or they should randomly pick people to do KYC, but here you have to verify right away when you register.
