Take note to the second thing he "smack that ace aka duke and more" said and I quote

Now correct me if I am wrong: will be willing to fund the project for you, To me that implies he is capable of funding a project, I mean he wants to breakdown shares and everything.
We will touch base on that a little more later, moving on to his second point. It seemed to have a stronger sense of urgency.

Well as the story goes, I like a fool took the bait. So I go to skype and see that he has already flooded me with a few messages. Mostly greetings, after we actually make contact with each other, he slowly begins the reversal. Now he is going to handle everything but the investment.

I agreed with that because to me he was offering everything the complete package, yet that was only day one.
Soon after I met his so called partner Vual, I learned that we were going to be investor hunting but I had to play by their rules.
This went on for quite some time, I will be continuing the story shortly.
So stay tuned because there is sooooo much more.
I actually have a life so I cannot get it all in, through one post.
