How does it all tie together? The mountain and the hat above 'miner' what do they mean exactly that relates to the text? The shadow on 'marco the miner' makes it sit above the 'no collateral...' text. If you got rid of all the shadow and made it flat it'd make it a lot better, though you should most definitely tie the pictures with the text and meaning of the text.
On your 'bolded text' logo you've let the 'no collateral..' text become wider than the 'marco...' text. It looks scrappy, reduce it to be the same width. Never present something that isn't finished, no matter how much you say "it's not finished" the person looking at it will consider it finished (the only time I've found this not to be the case is with a business partner who understands the creative process). With the same advice on your opening post you mention you've spelt 'collateral' wrong. Don't tell us that! Delete the logo and upload the new one, don't be lazy!! you've already fixed it, don't show us the wrong one, make you look bad!
