All unsold tokens will be distributed to users who have 3000+ coins on the wallet. The more coins you have on your wallet - more unsold coins you wiil get. for example user that have 6000 coins will get twice more that another who got 3000 coins.

Nobody cant tell you the formula at the moment coz nobody knows how much coins we be sold on ICO and how much will left unsold.

Speaking about advertising the platform and conquering the market - I think the main strategy will be just using blockchain and smart-contracts advantages and showing them to the people. No need for huge advertising and marketing campaign in this case.
