I sent a message to smashbtc support and received a quick answer.
I also got my account unbanned, with the explanation that two accounts cannot login with the same IP.
After third time, permanent ban.
So I will be more careful... I really appreciate their quick feedback.

Hi. I got my account banned with the following message: You have been redirected because your account has been banned due to Using multiple accounts through vpn/proxy/tor. I usually login from my house, but sometimes I login from my girlfriend's house, and she also has an account. Is this forbidden? I read carefully the terms of service on the website and found nothing about these rules. I think admin should explain these rules, and if not, he should warn people before to ban them. So can I have my account back or this is a permanent ban? I hope someone can help me.

We lost the gold sent to you from bitgold and we made accounts in coinsph using your referal link , what I think this was just a big scam , since we wont see anything back while you got nice money using us as suckers , so you own me and many others 350k satoshi , or else you will get only negative reviews from all of us ! We really apologize for what happened. We don't want to this to happen as well, unfortunately it still happened unexpectedly. We will go back with more bonuses to compensate those days that we were offline. For coins.ph, we don't get rewards from registration, however when someone verified his/her account that's the only time we get rewards and of course the user will be rewarded as well and the rewards will be coming from coins.ph and not from smashbtc.

The point was that you did not invest anything but time and you are acting like you were raped. The site is down, it may or may not come back up, you lost nothing here and have no reason to be whining so much. The hacker broke our database and we were suspended from bitgold, so bitgold bonus is no longer receivable. Thank you for understanding.
