Common guys, give the guy a break, he just wanted to make his own coin. So what it's a sh!tcoin. It's a learning experience to compile and get something working, I commend the guy's effort. Good job sn0w.

we should i withdraw them too is there even an exchange?

You'll need to download the wallet to your own pc and transfer the coins to it. There is no exchange that I know of and no-one pushing to get it added.

waiting for winter I suppose.

By the looks of it , when winter ill finally come , there will be no nodes , no pools , nobody interested in it , the "dev" missing and it will end like many other coins , dead and forgotten.

But since it lacks any innovation , nothing to cry about.

Are there any plans for this coin?

Seems to be stagnating while newer coins take over .....

Now the market a lot of new coins appear when individuals invest a great risk, I think when we choose to be rational in the face
