It is back up again. It is back and forth for me. I am sure we can guess who is doing this. Slow block chain also isnt helping I am sure.

It looks like two payouts, in walking through the addresses they map to earlier deposits and the payouts at 140% minus 3% fee (they are deposits from before the 150% bump)
