This is gambling and the rules is made by the house to have an advantage over the bettor, the provably fair game is real although we don't know if its fair or not, we have the choice to play or not so if you play to take the risk and you better enjoy it.

OP seems to think having an edge for the house means it's rigged. He also doesn't seem to understand the word "provably" in "provably fair". What I don't get though, if he things all casino's are rigged, why does he play there? Go find a different hobby 
Provably fair is based on math and encryption. It's hard for most people to fully understand, but the good thing is: you don't have to understand it to use it.

If you can verify a server seed for a particular bet with your own verifier script then it indeed is probably fair.

Provably fair is the mathematical formula of possible returns but this isn't always to be trusted. Besides, this is gambling. You're either bound to win one time bigtime (which most likely will not happen) and lose most of the time. Just like op said, many 'idiots' are loosing thousands to gambling.
Well Pd and betking doesn't deletes any history .I have mine everytime I open up again for gambling the other day or a week.It gets saved up in browser so you may not be able to see it if you have switched devices to open up the site.

Well me too is interested about that probably fair system of most gambling sites but whenever i think that a gambling site would let their balance to lose this thing is on their side.
In first view it looks like op is in real frustration and finding the way to blame gambling site, it happened naturally when we meet losing streak on any gambling and it make us think we have been got cheated by that casino, so that i think nobody will care about this kind of statement.
Indeed, even in any form of gambling when we lost we blame that we are cheated. Take it for example in the sports betting if we lost or we bet in the losing side we always said that the game was rigged. 
Why not just accept the losses and move one.

in the first place, unless you have access to it server, take a look at the code and make sense out of it, otherwise anything can also be programmed to let you lose. you need to have evidence to proof what you claimed.

You seem very angry. I don't either trust this so called "provably fair" you never know of there's a way to change anything. That's why I don't use sites that seem dodgy. But I have only noticed something funny on two sites. The rest seem fine. I don't think being regulated will make much difference if you want that play with fiat money. And being unregulated is what bitcoin about anyway so it doesn't go well with it.
Most of these sites are not being regulated and there are no independent body responsible to audit their systems. So most sites just put "Provably Fair" on their site to fool people to trust them. The
house always win, whatever the seed might be... Why, because the players come back and lose all the winnings in any way. Your account are being monitored and checked for cheating, but it's ok for

Random seed is unnecessary and not all sites are using it.
I think if someone put 5 BTC on dice throw and doesn't have minimum 200 more to repeat that bet then that person is crazy.
