it is indeed difficult for new projects to dominate in the market, especially for new projects that have the same concept as existing projects. maybe a new project will come alive if it has a great appeal from the community, in the concept they have to excel or not they will only add to the list of useless coins

Yes, that is the current state of the crypto market and scammers realize the potential and continue to create bad projects. This stems from people who have been in the crypto market for a long time but not richer than those who participated before 2015. They are always motivated to invest in profitable projects x1000 and the result is being knocked out by greed. Agreed, more and more altcoins with realtime usage will reach the market over the falling years. Same as mentioned very few altcoins come with minimum viable product, while majority ico project gets tokenised. This is where projects go as a scam, because without any backing the investment is being requested. Further they can't give any updates on the project. I cannot deny that it can be really entertaining to watch new coins and see how they develop, but lately this has been getting kind of boring, developers are not really putting too much effort in their coins these days, it is as if they know there is no chance their projects will become a success and they have decided to use them to try to gather all the money they can and then forget about them, in the past I supported the huge number of altcoins thinking something good will come out of them but now I have withdrawn that support since I do not believe that anymore.

Sometimes it becomes a dilemma with a large choice of coins. almost all of them have the same goal without the benefits that outperform other coins. but the development of many Altcoins cannot be prevented. sometimes some founders may have several projects, however the way they differ in the promotion. this all became a chain in the crypto world because more and more people competed to create altcoin automatically many new exchangers would appear. And that's how they survive in making money in the crypto world.

Trying to understand what you mean here is a little bit very hard for me, because I dint know why you are putting all the blames on investors and the reason why you have probably not been scammed in one way or the other is because you are more on a hunter and moreover, let us look at it from your own side too, as an hunter, is it every project that you have done that has been successful? Does that mean that you have been stupid too for the projects that you are have been engaged in too? the must important thing doesnt invest in new project, but just invest on new good project. both are different
We all know that it is not so easy for everyone to actually be able to know some of these projects and be able to pick the good ones, except maybe you want investor to totally disregard the ico market completely and not invest at all again which you know will definitely make the market have a daunted growth.

Investors will not grow if they don't see a potential to invest in the market. There are a lot of scams, that's already given but these coins that are legit and has a potential are what we are investing.

right now people are hyped so they make projects on their own to make as much money as they can
in the future there will be few huge projects that have many usecases and utility without additional tokens
so people will work to make the existing protocols better and get paid for that
it will not be that easy to make a new competitive protocol because the existing ones will be so evolved that making a new one will cost too much and people won't buy into it and wont fund it.
