except its not a scarcity thing like mincoin, bitbar or franko. It's a dynamic block reward. It's only 1 per now because the network hashrate is so low. As more and more miners join, the block reward will increase to give those who join late more incentive to mine without feeling like they've missed the "get rich quick" phase.

false, that was a test block. It was relaunched at 0 afaik.
