But to be honest the idea of fixed BTC size wallet would be something worthy of thinking about.

I started my own coin collection lately although this piece is a paper bill, this looks amazing. As someone who's into bitcoin, I might add this to my collection in the future.

It looks like a real one but it's better if it isn't 21M btc.
This is a good collectible indeed. And at the same time it could also be a nice way to remind and to let people know before entering bitcoin that it is mainly designed to be a currency, not a form of asset. Though most people here are benefitting from bitcoin's profitability, with enough support and development on the technology that supports bitcoin, there's no telling that we might get something like this in the future.

Looks Amazing. But having Bitcoin note version is a dream which is impossible as Banks do not accept bitcoin and many countries are not regulated Bitcoin is a decentralized crypto currency than keeping Bitcoin in Bank holding in Wallet is safe and secure. Bicoin can never be in note version.

Really cool piece. I'm sure there are more collectors out there looking for this kind of stuff. Quite a perspective changer and a fascinating result when you assemble old ways of doing things with the new ones.

I'm sure everyone would like to hold that bank note in their hands  Cheesy
They are collectible pieces but some are providing an address on them or even qr code so they can be loaded with an amount depicted on the face value of each note.
They are not considered legal tender as bank notes are required to be authorized by a governing bank. BTCitcoin will never allow one of those centralized institutions to have control over it. It is just not in its DNA. Smiley

Even though this is not a real banknote I'm not interested into collecting such papers.
If it's paper money,it can be faked. Grin
I prefer to keep my bitcoins in my online wallet.
I hope that no people will be scammed into thinking that this banknote is an actual bitcoin and has real monetary value. Some scammers might be looking for victims on social media and local classified ads sites and selling them such papers for $$$.
It was created as a gag, just like those notes made with celebrity or iconic faces on them. Nothing more.
But yes I can see where you are getting this idea as those not so inclined to know it is impossible to hold 21 million bitcoins since that is the total supply which can be created so no one would ever own this amount let alone on a bank note. Wink

Print it yourself instead. Here's a high-res version from the Reddit post: https://i.imgur.com/QYa4Zsm.jpg

Yeah, I guess I can print it but I was hoping for something better, that looks and feels like an actual real bill.  Regular printers can't do that  Tongue

Thanks for the link.
You are right. The paper is different (a special stock type) and the ink used would need to have it go on over the surface so you can feel the bumps like braile.
As I mentioned above there is a company and a few others who produce crypto bills which can have the face denomination put on the final product if you so desire. Yet this denomination would never be fulfilled. Wink

I just assumed you're going to print it for the sake of making it a decoration(e.g. putting it in a frame Tongue). With that said, you can probably buy some construction paper if you want it thicker.

But if Bitcoin will have its note version, that would be a digress from its being a digital currency.
Not only that. As much as I want bitcoin to have a physical note version, for bitcoin to have a note version, you'd have to trust a centralized entity(like a bank LOL) to actually print the papers, with at the same time, making sure that it doesn't become IOUs like how fiat money has become. So yea, it would completely defeat the purpose of being decentralized.

Would love to own one of those, are they one sale somewhere ?

I was wanting to begin collecting cryptocurrency notes after seeing what polymerbit had produced with their line of products.
But as you can see this is false note but is some thing quite symbolic in its own right.

Nice collectible!

On a side note, people should start seeing Bitcoin as a currency of the world, of actual physical transactions. Bitcoin is a currency not just in the internet but also outside.

But if Bitcoin will have its note version, that would be a digress from its being a digital currency.
