Yes it does. I believe two orders at 13.84 and possibly 14.00 are false, albeit relatively small against some we've seen lately. No, I'm not just pointing at the massive line sticking out and saying it's a lie.

some countries use military time, where I live a broken clock is only right once a day, or if it is broken, but still ticking, it may be wrong all day by a set amount of time if the correct time, and its time never cross.

They are so lazy they can't make like 10 walls. They just make one wall.
