If you spam all groups and comments with advertisements without any connection of group or post topic, you can be banned. If you just write articles, making posts/reposts in your own page or comment particular project page, it is absolutely normal and accepted.

They're only banning ads.

They didn't ban like tweeting or posting or making pages about crypto. They'll probably ban ICOs though :/ so be careful.

Do you have any proof that there are cases that social networks are start to block accounts because of cryptocurrency? AFAIK the only thing that is happening with these social networks is that they are banning the crypto ads.

It is also important to understand that they forbid advertising not for crypto-currencies in general, namely ISO. Therefore, you can continue to promote a currency in your accounts
