Not only solana the cryptocurrency market has been dropping day by day showing little or no signs of recovery.We are currently in a bear market and everything is going down don't think this is a great time for making an investment one has to be very careful when doing so and make proper research about the project so as to prevent loosing your funds in the bear market.

And you haven't decided what you want to buy Solana for: speculation or long-term investment. Looking at the chart, Solana continues its decline, just like the rest of the industry. If you want to use it for trading, you risk a loss by buying now. If you want to invest, you'll have to be patient and wait for the market to recover.

Solana is one of the coin that I bought during this season because I believe its worthy to include in my portfolio. So to answer your question if you should buy I can say it depends on your analysis. DYOR to find out because you'll going to invest your own money after all. The price is cheaper compared to before and we know its always a good time when the coins are decreasing further but still it depends on the specific coin that you'll going to buy. 
After the recent issue of Solana where the network went offline again after how many hours, the price of Solana really dropped too much and nearly reach $20.
But another good thing happened when they released the Mobile phone on Solana but it seems there is no real huge effect of it on the price.
The market condition is really affecting most altcoins, especially on Solana which really one of many outperforming altcoins last year.

Maybe Solana is one of the good altcoins to invest in, but in my opinion it would be even better if we invest with altcoins that have been proven to be able to survive when a bear market occurs and if the bull market returns later it can make the coin price movement able to hit a new ATH again like with ETH and BNB because both have so far proved capable of providing great returns for us especially for those who invest in it long term.

For a coin whose blockchain had blacked out over 7 times should be more than enough reason for you not to waste your money on such overhyped shitcoins. Believe me, you will never see a new all-time high for solana just like the man other proof of stake shitcoins. Just ask people who bought EOS in the last bear market.

I, as an investor, see that this is the time we have been waiting for years to buy high-potential coins at a low price, and highlight Ethereum and Solana. Although I lost a lot of my capital in investing Solana coin after its price reached a low level compared to its price several months ago, but I still Optimistic about this coin, I can't tell you to buy or not, we all have our own opinion, but this coin will have a bright future when the bull season approaches. So do not rush to enter, do your own analysis, and then make your appropriate investment decision
Solana is one of the few projects that I consider a gem, owing to the fact that most NFTs are developed in the chain. The issue of 5% reduction in the value of Solana is no news as most coin in the market has witnessed much more reduction in value and it feels like Solana has had a fair share in the falling prices.
solana definitely a good investment, it's been going quite great even in the middle of massive correction but 5% fall of value is nothing.
If you truly want to accumulate, maybe compare current value with the ATH, then maybe you could see if the current value of solana is really worth accumulating or not.
After all solana has lost majority of its value and maybe at this current time is best for accumulation even if the value didn't fall 5%.

All altcoins are dropping, there may be still another drop in price for Solana and also other altcoins. I cannot guarantee that Solana is a really good coin. But, if are looking at the blockchain concept, its development, and also utility, this coin has a high chance to survive passing this bearish market and will probably have a chance to have a higher price in the future.But once more, this is only my opinion. I also have Solana and still holding them because the price still keeps dropping. I am sure that this is one of the worthy coins to hold for long term, at least until the next bullish period.

Perhaps, you can. Solana is a good and growing project, however, with this bear situation, you can expect its price to drop just like the other projects. If you have some guts and interest in this then I would say go for it. But I would advise not just to put a huge amount into this (5-10% investment share is good enough) and of course, must accompany with Bitcoin and other potential altcoins, meaning - don't risk your money solely to Solana.
Still waiting for the market to crash a bit more. For me, it's still not in a good position to enter the market. Hold your assets and wait a bit more. If you can make a DCA (Dollar Cost Average) out of it, then it should be fine.
Though I lost my money to invest in crypto, this is the time to buy few cryptoes. I buy few coins and also buy sol about 20 minutes before. Sol is now below 34 dollar, may be less after few hours. But, if market is high, that will be problem, so right time to buy sol.

In my opinion, if you look at Solana's development, it is quite constructive, this is a good project. Really found some solid teams with good experience in blockchain projects. Solana has great ideas and plans to achieve the idea step by step. This shows that the development team is willing to be more open and function better as a team because of it. I personally believe there is a great community behind this project that is working towards a brighter future and sometimes SOL is starting to move on its own not joining BTC.

No one can look into the future and all we can do is give our best estimates here about what can happen in the next few days, weeks and months. I can say that i also have Solana in my personal watchlist to invest into. I still have a little bit of stablecoins laying around that are doing nothing and that i want to invest into promising projects of which i think can do a x10 from it's current price in the mid- and longterm future. Solana is one of those.
I personally will not invest until the price per Sol goes down to below 30 USD, maybe even below 25 $ depending on the market at that moment. I think a few more negative days like today and we will see those prices.
when the crypto market weakens like now, the decline in coin prices is something very normal to happen, when compared solana with other coins such as BTC, ETH, and BNB they are down almost 30%, and there is nothing to worry about, I think these declines are a good move to buy them, because they have very bright potential and prospects so they are likely to increase again when the market recovers.

Looks like you've found the coin you're going to invest in, no one can tell you where the bottom of the market will be but look at current market conditions and more specifically Solana, the altcoin you're looking to invest in. I think it's a good time to buy Sol at this price, as it's over 70% off ATH. Since we can't determine whether the market will rise or fall, you should use DCA to be able to buy the best prices possible instead of buying once.
It's hard to speculate these days caused by the price of crypto already dumped to the bottom. The only thing that i can suggest you are if you are feeling confidence with the current price and then you can try to invest in solana. You can also try to divide your money to invest in another crypto as well. it doesn't matter what kind of coin as long as that's top coin. These days there are bunch of top coins already undervalued caused by the dump. Solana is also one of the best choice for now.
