The block reward just decreased a couple of days ago as had been planned for months. This will serve to make Solaris even more rare and theoretically should increase the value of each XLR coin.
First step to XLR death was switch off PoW (mining) this decrease XLR price form $50 to around $2
Second step now is switching MN reward to 1/3 what it was. And the effect you can se now, price is dropping
for this unique, super, hype rare coin. And will drop even more to around $0,05 thanks to all this dev decisions.
And please don't comment that'a all beause of bear market. There are many coins in the market that are doing much well
even in the bear market than XLR.

All the steps that you have listed and that has made the team are the operations that almost all implement to grow and help the price of their Coin: create deflation, rarity!
If this is not successful for Solaris it is due, as you have already ironically said, to the general bear market.
Give me the name of 3 coins in the Top100, excluding Tron and Wawes, which have grown in value in the last 3 months ?!

There are many coins in the market that are doing much well, even in the bear market, than XLR.
By using the word "well" I am sure you meant "better".
BUT
95% of the coins are bleeding red today. Solaris is up 10.38% with a healthy green color. Just you wait. There is more where that came from my friends.

In addition, there are about 744.000 Solaris coins locked in 744 active masternodes.MNO stats
There are probaly more coins locked in masternodes, that have been inactive temporarily.

Solaris now meets the KuCoin volume requirement and the ST flag will soon (2019-01-15) be removed. Meaning that Solaris will stay listed on KuCoin. Thank you.
