All coins CAN be swapped, if people do it.

If they dont do it within the limit, they will be lost.

Tomorrow we will start mining from the block 2 ( the first one is premine for a swap old Solaris with Nist5 algorithm to new Solaris with Xevan algorithm ). During these 60 days you will be able to mine Solaris with Nist5 algorithm as well and swap for the new one with Xevan algo.

The link you posted is still the old wallet. The new wallet will be available from October 7 14:00 UTC. The new wallet does not need any addnodes and will work instantly.
