Wow, already got many offers! Thank you!

I know that an auction would probably be the best way to get the most out of it. But there is a risk, that I do not want to take.
EU buyers are no problem. I will just book a cheap flight and deliver it personally.
But there are only a few non EU buyers that I will accept. Even with escrow the risk is to high.

Just choose an escrow and have them ship the coin for you.  Then the buyer can't pull a fast one on you.  It also protects the buyer from sellers sending empty envelopes.  That 3rd party will have will be able to keep the deal honest.

I am willing to have this coin sent to me for any USA winner to verify and reship it. Chances are I will be the top bidder anyways so likely a moot point  Tongue

If you have a price that is around the offers you've received and that's a price your happy with then there's no harm at running an auction and starting the auction at that price.
You may only get a couple of bids but at least the bids will be in the range you're happy with. Worst case scenario is that it doesn't sell and you get to keep that precious coin.
In essence there's no risk at all if you do that Smiley

Good luck with the sale!

I think he means shipping wise. Just send tracked via DHL or something I believe.

What if buyer says that the coin was peeled or that the parcel was empty...
Thats why Iam saying that there are only a few non EU members on the forum that I would accept as buyer.

Thats the case with every escrowed sale, but i get your point.  I probably wouldnt sell this to someone who just created an account or is new.  The only way i would is payment up front.  Listen its your coin and i would stick to your conditions you are comfortable with.

You should run a public auction for it. I am sure it will fetch around what prices I mentioned via PM a few days ago. I would also be a bidder if you go that route.
