Honestly I had but this was before the sudden price hike. Now I think the premiums are quite scary and no one is really sure what's happening in the world of BTC so no one is prepared to commit, which is understandable

Thanks for the kind words & advice guys Smiley

I've pushed the price up again, I think once the dust settles with the recent hype around crypto it will become more obvious where the coins lie in a BTC ecosystem

Just out of curiosity, have you had any legitimate offers close to 2BTC? Or just a bunch of low balls?

Very nice coin! Only sell it if you really really have to, you might regret it in a few years.

Personally I wouldn't risk what the oils on our fingers might do to a coin after 10, 20, or 30 years.  If you don't want the fuzzies, then nitrile surgical gloves are the way to go (tip I learned from minerjones).  We're talking about coins that may be valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars one day, can't be overly cautious.

Blazed is right, and of course Moo Moo is infinite in the realm of knowledge   Cheesy   and I don't think anyone will buy it from the forum without yu taking it out of the airtite for a few shots....
but that's your call. Good luck.

OK fair point - I've taken some with the case taken off https://imgur.com/a/c0Agu

Realised I never actually needed to take it out to take the photos haha

Nice coin!  I wouldn't touch it with my bare hands no matter what anyone says.

Thanks for the comments guys - going to play even safer and keep it in the packaging !

But I appreciate with care sometimes it might be safer to use clean hands rather than gloves..

Updated my price & also listed in Ethereum if anyone is interested in trading for that

Thanks

free bump for a nice coin.

silver dealers dont wear gloves btw, hold them by the rim and you should be fine.

Yup

In the 'normal' coin collecting world dealers/collectors never wear gloves because:

1.  They only handle the rim of the coin.

2.  Gloves make it far more likely to damage the coin by dropping it.

Here are some good guidelines for handling your coins:

https://www.thespruce.com/properly-handling-coins-768313

Edit to add:  nice coin OP

I have been telling people this for years and they ignore me. Bare hands are safer than gloves for multiple reasons.

Another reason is cotton gloves leave little fuzzies all over the place.
