Lowest I will do is 175 shipped for one. or 170 each for both (340).
I have not messed with the voltages, the only overclocking I have done was in CCC, GPU all the way up, and memory all the way down.
*Edit* this is the lowest i'm going on prices, they will not go lower for anyone.

That's the lame model :p. Mine has the fan in the middle which cools heatsinks on the both left and right. And the one you provided has 10$ shipping. Mine is just 10$ more for each to whoever buys both.
