this sale is newbie friendly Smiley coins will be escrowed, happy to help get the unit running (although I mainly only use Linux so no Win support). There's a lot of material out there to help you run these boards. There's even a thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/the-habanero-650ghs-oos-519943

The unit is ready to mine, you just need to plug power to it and run cgminer (with HashFast options enabled when compiling).

QG

whoah thats a crazy setup..

is this newbie friendly?

It doesn't look newbie friendly and at 1 watt per GH, you're going to be paying out of the ass for electricity.

Thanks for that great insight lol.

I lack doing homework.

Hashing unit requires the following power connectors:

8 x 6pin PCIe (4 on each board)
1 x 4pin MOLEX (power water pump)
3 x 3pin FAN (power 3 x 1amp fans)

Items you will require to start mining with hashing unit:

2 x mini-B USB cable
1 x USB control box (PC, Laptop, RPi) running latest cgminer s/w
A large fan, enough to blow air over the two boards. At the default settings, you require airflow to cool the boards or they will overheat and stop hashing. Alternatively you can down clock to reduce the heat and hash rate.
Manufacturer recommends a high quality 1000W+ single rail ATX power supply for each Habanero board.

Want to sell dual Habanero boards hashing at a total of 1.3THs located in Sydney, Australia. The hashing unit comes complete with a triple radiator water cooling system and is ready to mine. Local pick-up or drop-off is preferred. I would prefer not to have to take the unit apart to pack up, but will consider any offers around 1.6btc 2.3btc for the complete hashing unit. Shipping is additional. Escrow welcomed.

These boards can be purchased direct from manufacturer for $600USD each: https://peppermining.com/shop/the-habanero/

The hashing unit comes with the following accessories:
Code:
2 x XSPC RayStorm CPU Waterblock
 1 x XSPC RX360 Triple Fan Radiator V3
 3 x Sunon PMD1212PTB1-A(2).F.GN, Extreme Hi-speed 1Amp 150CFM 120mm Fan
 1 x XSPC D5 Photon 170 Tube Reservoir
 1 x XSPC D5 Vario Pump
10 x XSPC G1/4″ to 7/16″ Compression Fittings (Black Chrome)
7/16″ Hose to completely loop the water cooling system.
MDF frame
Assorted screws, bolts and nuts.
The 2 x Noctua fans pictured are not included.

Both boards have suffered some damage to the PCIe power connectors. Power connectors may look burnt and have cracked but pins are in tact and connectors are still completely functional. PCIe connectors still clip in and boards power up as they should. One of the boards, FATALII only has the 1 USB connector instead of 2. See pictures for details.

Both board have the latest firmware (habanero-firmware-20140713-0.tar.gz) applied and have the following default settings. i.e. when you run the boards with hfa-hash-clock 1 setting in cgminer, it will hash at the following settings:
FRUTESCE - Frequency: 862 MHz 937 MHz 887MHz   Voltage: 925mV 960 mV 935mV
FATALII - Frequency: 862 MHz 900 MHz 887MHz   Voltage: 925mV 935 mV 935mV
If you like this changed, please let me know.

Boards can be down clocked for better efficiency. Currently the boards draw less than 1,890W (@ 240V) at the wall. This max. value was taken when both boards were running at 937MHz. Currently the pair draws 1,605W at the wall.

EDIT:
Offers around 1.6btc for the complete hashing unit will be considered.
