And if you suddenly do not collect soft cap and have to do a lot of small investment return? Maybe it would be better to increase the software cap?

Very democratic. There is no limit to the maximum amount of investment, as I understand it.
There's limited amount of tokens for the pre-sale, so i guess the maximum amount would be our hardcap
