Why do you require two factors authentication??? As for my understanding, it means using mobile device with installed Google Authenticator but that service is kinda lousy! and there were numerous cases when people couldn't login into their own accounts because od app bug...

By and large, developers will earn commissions, the price of the token is not so important to them, the turnover is important.
You have to agree that the commission from an expensive token is more interesting than commission from a cheap one

Native ads we talk about are quite different from your description.
First of all (and the most important), native ad - is an advertising that looks and is perceived as user or original content. In general, native advertising is advertising that is organically inscribed in the content policy of a particular source of information, and does not cause to viewer a sense of being over dramatically noticeable or distracting.

Apparently yes, most likely the developers have laid the deflationary development model. They are interested in that their tokens become more expensive with time.
