Backup your wallet.dat. Delete your block chain. (or just remove bitcoin client and start again) I have had this happen a few times.

Thats odd, check to make sure who you sent that transaction to! , i can see the 2 transactions, but dont the see one in question.

i got that, open up your wallet go back to that screen where you took the screenshot of, move cursor over that transaction in question, right click, at bottom, show details, inside that is the transaction id, use that at blockchain. see what that gives you.
