Can anyone help me with an issue i'm having with BTC-E?

For months i've been trying to log into my account, and have been unable to.  It says my password has expired and will not let

me

in.  It tells me it's going to send me a link in email to reset it, but it never does.

I've tried opening tickets with BTC-E and never get a response, i've even send them alternative email addresses they can send

to,

in case something is blocking them from sending to my primary email address.

I'm really at my end with this, and not sure where to turn.  If anyone from BTC-E reads this, please contact me.

If there is anyone out there who can give me some information on how to contact someone at BTC-E, i would really appreciated it.

Sorry if this is not the place to post this, but i have no other way of getting the word out, i'll be posting this message

across

various platforms on the net well as any discussion groups who deal with BTC in hopes that someone out there can help.

you might want to post here instead in this thread

If you hold the original address which funded BTC-e account I think then will not be a problem, because the exchange is anonymous its a bit hard to prove you are the real owner, anyone can hack user/pass

So far BTC-e was honest so I hope you have luck in recovering you old account Smiley

Come one you say you had x000 $$ on account from 2013 and you had not logged in for few years???

If that is true, they for sure are blocking dorment/idle accounts, only way to reopen them is to provide info that you are the real owner!!!

You must have control of wallet used to deposit funds there from beginning or something like that, they must have some mean to verify you are the real owner

I know some ppl with provided infos of wallet as owner of original coins had no problem reopening account by contacting BTC-e support
