MtGox staff must consider themselves "too big to fail" and therefor "too big to care." Are they your only feasible trading option ziomik?
It is not the only source of bitcoin for me and this has caused me much trouble, but that does not mean that I should take the situation lightly.
I was not implying that you should - quite the opposite, I was implying you should stop using them completely if you can.

Confirm what has been written by mtgox, I was credited what I deposited 60 days ago.
However, I advise you to have more attention to these issues as I waited 2 months to get a sensible answer.
I think you should consider hiring more staff that is dedicated to the "customer care".

FIY, Okpay was not sending IPN information to us correctly which delayed many payment since we were not able to check from whom these deposit were sent from and where to credit them.

Wow, 30 days of no sane response to ziomik's inquiries.


Anyway this has been solved yesterday by Okpay and ziomik had is account normally credited as well now.

And then no hint of an apology to ziomik here or any acknowledgement that this was handled poorly.

Explaining the situation with a "there is a technical issue being resolved and this will take more time" response might have been all that was needed.

WOW. The delay is certainly unacceptable, but getting the same horseshit automated response 50 times in a row would be infuriating.

I can only say that I lost my money.
I lost "only" € .180, after several thousand euro arrived perfectly.
I wish you did not have a similar problem, maybe on a payment of thousands of euro. As you can see the tape does not exist and are not interested to give me an answer. Evasive answers even when faced with a client who has paid a lot of money in their accounts. There is no doubt that they are to be avoided. The depositor have never had problems and twice confirmed the sending and receiving, by mtgox, the amount paid ...

What bothers me is that MtGox evasive answers. I can accept a delay of 4-5 days but more than one month is unacceptable and shameful just for the fact that I believe their numbers one as regards the exchange of bitcoin.

Yes, agreed.  If they were waiting on information from an external source, they should be telling you that.  If they are waiting for a technical issue to be resolved, they should be telling you that.


Have you tried their IRC?   Make sure to have your support ticket number handy.
