Andy answers me and then goes back to ignoring me,

Where do you get answers? Keep in mind if was telegram could me a fake account.

Keep also in mind that they are not active here on the forum on weekends, never saw them posting on Saturdays and Sundays when I checked last month so Here on bitcointalk you probably will get no more answer till Monday.

Andy answers me and then goes back to ignoring me, I keep trying to withdraw and after an hour or two they cancel it. I’ve explained it 100 times to Andy and I’m still waiting for my Bitcoin. He doesn’t know how to treat vip customers. I’ve already done everything in my power. I won’t stop until I get payed. I know people that will make it hell for cloudbet

I will be going to Bookmaker.eu they are rated the best bitcoin sportsbook and do same day withdrawals. Not some company like Cloudbet that can barely pay people and have trouble staying  afloat

All these fools from Cloudbet that ignore when they want and send messages without helping when they want, they should be ashamed for treating a VIP user or any other like that.

I hope you get your BTC from these scammers then never go back there again

I have posted ask gamblers just waiting for them to approve it also SBR and reddit. These bastards are going to pay.

Edit ;

Went into live chat and Stefano told me the same recycled bs.. then Andy answered me on what’s up and he told me there’s no withdrawal under my account and I explained to him bmyes because you guys cancel it after an hour or two. I’m not receiving that confirmation email and I told him again he didn’t even read all my whatsapp messages.

I tried to withdraw every hour but they cancel it and I never get the confirmation email.

Andy is not replying.
Live chat is blocked me and not answering emails.

Looking like a big scam

In that case open a case at AskGamblers.com and keep posting here to update everybody.

Cloudbet should not be trusted any more.

Like I said I’ve never had any issues but I guess when you win big that’s what happens. Andy has been online on whatsapp 3 times since last night read my messages and not replied. They treat there VIP members like shit I just can’t imagine how they treat there employees.

If you spend around $50,000 to $100,000 a year making bets (as you suggested in OP) then they have lost you as a customer because how can you trust them again?

Shameful behaviour. That Andy should have at least got back to you even if to say they are looking in to it.

That’s why they should be tagged red if it wasn’t for the forum and AskGamblers they would have scammed hundreds of bitcoin right now. Ronnie is clueless he just sends the same recycled responses and plays stupid like he’s not aware of what’s going on.

Here is proof that I receive all other emails from Cloudbet so they aren’t sending out that email confirmation.

Ronnie is a nice person therefore should distance himself from Cloudbet because of its reputation.

As for Cloudbet, they are solvent and doing pretty well where competitors such as scam betking as dying fast. They should at least sort themselves out to stop all these selective scam allegations from happening.

Pathetic conduct by Cloudbet which creates an environment which just keeps allowing scam allegations against them. It has all the hallmarks of selective scamming and regular selective scamming.

I am sure Ronnie will have something to say here.

I also noticed lately there were too many concerns about Cloudbet and I personally would not encourage anyone to use Cloudbet although they resolved the 330 BTC claim. I still have this feeling that if that guy (330btc) would not create all these topic and keep pressuring Cloudbet with the community then they might be successful in their refusal to pay him.

It was awesome group effort by the community.

I completely agree with you but the "victim" was the main person for the fault because he lied to Cloudbet which raised more red flags as mentioned here:

Hello everyone,

Ronnie is correct in what he is saying, the delay is entirely my fault. I am from the USA and I didn't even worry about my location or withdrawing bitcoin until I got an email from them asking for my ID and things like that.

At that point, I got very scared. I went from really excited about my winnings to very, very scared I wouldn't get any. I have a good online friend in the Phillipines and I asked for help. I had him give his documents and ID that said the account was from the Phillipines. This was a mistake. As of right now, I have sent cloudbet my real credentials (ID, etc) to cloudbet and they know who I am. I want everyone, including cloudbet, to know that nothing I did was meant to manipulate or mislead cloudbet in anyway. All my wagers were made in good faith and I won them fair and square.

I should have been upfront about my situation from the start and this situation would have gone much more smoothly. I can also say that even though a resolution to this issue has not been come up with yet Ronnie is correct in saying we have recently been in touch and we are making progress on coming up with a solution. I have to say I am thankful for cloudbet being reasonable about my situation especially considering my misleading them about my location. I am very, very hopeful we will come to a conclusion soon. I will keep everybody here updated when this is all over.

Thanks for listening.

Full credit to Cloudbet for giving the 330 BTC winnings but surely they should not have done that after the "victim" admitted he lied about his location when he really was from the USA. They should have returned just his original bet amounts.

What happened to all those cases that Cloudbet victims did not bring to our attention here?

The arbitrator website (AskGamblers askgamblers.com) has too many cases against Cloudbet

Nobody should risk playing at Cloudbet regardless of how good the site might have been in the past

They resolved the 330 BTC  issue after the victim of the scam used this forum to destroy the reputation of the scammers.

As for this present issue, you are right we need to wait to see what else is going on

Let’s wait to see what Ronnie from Cloudbet says. They resolved the 330BTC issue so I’m struggling to see why they’d supposedly steal 0.7BTC from the OP.

There are two sides to every story. I’ll keep my eye on this thread.

I’ve been betting at Cloudbet for 2 years and never had any problems. I’ve been putting a solid 5-10k monthly into there website and cashing out often. Always had my bitcoin within 1 hour of cash outs.

Recently I deposited and got a lucky win streak on sports and decided to cash out. One I did I was prompted with a WITHDRAWAL
BTC0.7000000
Cancel
TIME
Mar 16, 2019, 7:01 AM
STATE
Pending Email Confirmation
METHOD
BITCOIN

Pending email confirmation, so basically that means they sent out an email and I gotta click the link to confirm with withdrawal, but in the 2 years I’ve been here I’ve gotten this message before and never received the email. So I usually just cancel my withdrawal try again and it works. But now I’m stuck with that message and no matter how long I try, I never receive the email.

I spoke to Miguel in live chat and he told me he contact the correct teams and still not received the money.
I’m a vip in Cloudbet so I have a rep named Andy. He told me 2 days ago when I had this issue next time to contact him and I did yesterday. He saw my messages on whatsapp but no answer. Andy assured me that the email was indeed sent out but a problem on my end not receiving it which is bullshit because I receive all there other promotions and stuff just fine. He said he escalated it to the tech team and it would be fixed.

They have blocked me from Livechat and not answering my emails on the contact form.

How stupid can one sportsbook be to do this to a valued customer. I put in 50-100k a year in bets.

Cloudbet have a bad reputation. I feel sorry for anybody betting there. Too many claims or scams and selective scams about them.

Only scam betking and scammer Dean Nolan have a worse reputation than Cloudbet.

That’s good that you are defending Cloudbet but unfortunately I have never received the email so I didn’t decline anything. I asked both live chat and Andy to provide me an example of the email sent out and they both can’t. There is no email.

after reading all the scam reports, how aren’t they tagged red? Do members here support scammers?
Wrong my friend. I am not defending Cloudbet or anyone. I am standing in a neutral place and trying to see both sides. May be a little patience will do the job. Like I said, let's wait for Cloudbet to response here.

Have you gone through askgamblers yet?

The 330 BTC scam accusation has already resolved.

So I usually just cancel my withdrawal try again and it works. But now I’m stuck with that message and no matter how long I try, I never receive the email.

They have blocked me from Livechat and not answering my emails on the contact form.

How stupid can one sportsbook be to do this to a valued customer. I put in 50-100k a year in bets.

First thing:
I think you need to have patience. May be they have added this email sending feature for security but when you denied at the first time, it might triggered an error in the script which is why (may be) you have not received the new emails afterword. Also, sometimes email client can take time to receive emails if the client receives too many emails.

You will notice in the forum sometimes you receive email notification with minor delay and sometimes you receive it immediately.

Second thing:
Blocking you from Livechat and not answering email might have a reason. We will wait for cloudbet to response here.

Perhaps you are not aware about their scam. You might read this thread how many unsolved scam accusation against Coudbet; https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/what-happen-if-anyone-endorse-cloudbet-5108160. They are not responding on accusation and they aren't encourage to solve this kind of issue. Most likely you losed 0.7BTC forever.

However can you share more details about your accusation ? Like account screenshots and chat history with support. May be they will reply or solve your issue. Who know what is the wrong ?
