26 days and still awaiting the 25086 USDT withdrawal
 They never gave me an explanation to it. 25k USD is a big amount and am just waiting for there decision right now which they say that they are investigating my case all the way for 26 days and still I don't have an answer to it.

Thanks for the concern. Yes they are replying to me but I somehow feel sad that I have been always very fair to them and trusted them a lot and in return what am getting? Its just that I feel they are playing around with me and just delaying my withdrawal in that name of verification and investigation which shouldn't take like this long i.e. 24 days. Am really fed up of this attitude of clouddbet hence I made this thread.

You should just never play there again because I have also heard a lot of problems with cloudbet, hopefully you get your money because 25k USD is a massive amount.

I can understand what you mean to say but people have to understand that a person whose money is stuck with a website that he has been using for quite sometime is very very frustrating. My withdrawal of 25086 USDT which isn't a small amount still am being patient and not taking any other actions as I always believed that cloudbet could solve the issue and come at a conclusion soon. Although 23 days is a hell lot of time and I have seen other issues with Cloudbet in which they have solved these type of things in time but 23 days is a lot of time for checking a normal persons account whose just played only one type of game in casino mostly and nothing else. Also I have never held money there, I either put it and loose it at the same time or I just withdraw it if I win. Just that the person who has been through these type of things understands the real pain in waiting for own funds.  
I understand your frustration but there's nothing really you or I can do other than wait(or complain). looking at the recent post on cloudbet's ANN thread it seems that they are still communicating with you(at least there's that) regarding your issue. but to be honest 22 days is long just for verifying a KYC. I guess they taking a closer look at your case and checking if everything is correct. anyway, I hope your issue would be resolved soon.

I don't know what they are trying to verifiy with that withdrawal but waiting for 21 days is really not a common and acceptable thing. Also this user claims that he is regularly gambling on cloudbet where he lost more on many occasions so if they are suspicious with the login activity it won't take that much longer in my opinion.

Hello there this process is going on since 11th March, 2021 where I made an account and played only for 2-3 hours and I won so I asked for my withdrawal of 25086 USDT from CloudBet. And then the story started they asked for verification documents and so I sent those and then from that day they are just investigating my issue and I fail to understand what's the problem. It isn't a small amount so I just need my money and the emails and msgs I get from them look the same i.e. automated ones. I don't know how to put pictures or screenshots here although I have many proofs of my withdrawal requested if someone can let me know how to post pics I shall put everything. In the meantime what I can provide here is the deposit in that account that I did :
To upload photos here first collect your evidence/photo, and upload them to an photo hosting site for example- imgur.com, ibb.co etc.
Then you will find a unique link for the photo, copy it and post here the link. (though the photo will not displayed here due to your forum rank, but people will see them by clicking on the link)

Also you should post the site link, forum profile link of the cloudbet, ann thread etc.

when did you send your identification to be verified? have you contacted their forum representative to maybe ask and assist you to resolve this issue faster or maybe update you about the progress? sometimes a little patience can make a lot of difference.

Okay so I have been waiting a lot for cloudbet to answer but the only answer what I get is that we will let you know when your verification is complete. Am fed up of the process and what I want is just my money i.e. 25086 USDT
