Solve used to have a $100 minimum I think, but they were recently bought by another company and I had to email the old company to receive payments for any earnings prior to Oct 1, 2015. The old owners did pay me, but I haven't quite reached the new $200 minimum.
I did earn $17 in the last 7 days though and am only $24 away from reaching the $200 minimum since Oct 1, 2015. So about 6 months of using solve has earned me $200 from about 400k solved captchas. It's not much, but it's something extra. My CPM averages at $0.20 but is as high as $0.43 on one site....So it varies alot on the geo-location of your visitors and if there are ads available to show. Yes, it's an extra cash. Every extra earnings for faucet owners make the difference. You can pay better your users to have more of them or you can getit for yourself (a biggest profit). Every little income helps a faucet to survive.
