Yes, some exchange has really very high withdrawal fee. I faced the same situation in Yobit exchange! Withdrawal fee is 12$ there! I was shocked that how can an exchange can ask this high fee! Then I converted my bitcoin into Ethereum and I was surprised that Ethereum withdrawal fee was very low, only 0.005 ETH!

It's the first time I am hearing this exchange and they are probably not that good especially when their withdrawal fee is that high, they are almost charging you around 9$ just to make a withdrawal from them and I call that a robbery even if you are trading thousands of dollars or more with their platform. Comparing them to Binance which they currently have 0.0005BTC as a withdrawal fee for Bitcoin their prices are really high which is double compared to Binance. Really the only way on how you will mitigate this is to trade with a large capital big enough that it can justify the withdrawal fee. Also hodling it inside an exchange isn't advisable or an option if you are just avoiding the withdrawal fee, you'll just be risking your money if you continue to hold it their.
That is what they want you to think and then you make a big deposit in the exchange so you can justify the huge withdrawal fee and then when you want to withdraw your money you discover that your account is under review and that you cannot get your money out of the exchange in an easy way, either way you lose and they know it, it is better to use an exchange with a good reputation and a low fee than one of those exchanges that charges such a high fee.

When making withdrawals from exchanges, I avoid BTC at all cost. It is usually above $8 by default.

Exactly alot of exchange are charging over $25 for withdrawal and its very wrong while others charge less than $1 I mean this is so inhuman.
Most of time this exchange charges looks to be high when one makes small fund withdrawal and deposits. In common most exchanges have got average trading fee. There are certain exchanges that doesn't have fee for trading, bit those exchanges doesn't have good trading volume. Good is to go through the exchange with average transaction fee and good trading volume.

Yes this is a issue all traders and crypto investors face,This is because there are limited real exchanges and people join because no alternative.Still some charging less but mostly people dont believe in new exchanges till capture the eye of traders globally.Currently Yobit is doing well will give tough time to other leading exchanges.Actually competition is good advantage of a common user when competition rises the the price reduces and other offers also beneficial for the users.

How many exchanges you know of that have too high withdrawal fee? I was shocked that Dcoin exchange wants 0.001 for any bitcoin withdrawal you want to make while other exchanges charges only 5000 Satoshi for bitcoin withdrawal, I was forces to exchange my bitcoin for litecoin before getting my coins out

It seems that withdrawal fees of that size only occur in some exchangers because at this time many exchangers reduce their withdrawal fees by half. Withdrawal fee of that amount is still fairly normal because there are some exchangers who charge a bigger fee. It's better to trade at large exchangers because their fees are cheaper

It is a fair charges. Apart from binance that charge 0.0005 btc most other exchange charge 0.001 but you can convert ur coin to other coin with cheaper fee such as the litcoin
I regularly use Litecoin to withdraw money because this coin has the lowest fees at the Binance exchange and this reason makes me use this exchange more recently. In addition, you can use USDT-TRC20 for a fee of 0 and this is the stable coin you will definitely use to withdraw the most money in the near future. Of course, it depends on your decision because for me Binance has the cheapest fee.

there is no other way, you do have to use altcoin at a cheaper fees, I often use XRP for this purpose.

I researched several exchanges with high withdrawal fees, on average they were second class exchanges. I mean beyond popular exchanges such as binance, huobi etc. I think they deliberately set a high fee to help maintain the sustainability of their system funding.

Well.. I have an account with that exchange and I would agree. I created the account, because HitBTC was the only exchange which would allow me to trade some of the tokens which I received from bounty campaigns. Their withdrawal fee changes slightly from time to time, depending on the network congestion. The last time I checked, it was BTC0.0015 per transaction.
wow it turns out they are now more expensive, I never trade there again because I previously had problems there and after I sent support they didn't answer
My opinion exchanging with altcoin is an alternative to minimize fees

I have not heard never used dcoin actually, but i have known hitbtc to always have high withdraw limits.
Its unfair, but then it makes it easy.

All you need to do is convert your earnings to xlm whenever you use an exchange with high withdraw charges, then you go swap it on blockchain, or an exchange that charges less fee.

Then, be sure to careful while sending out tokens, always check your clipboard.

Almost all exchanges have fees and minimum limits in withdrawals for their users, and of course as users we must be observant in choosing altcoin which is good for to withdraw from the exchange and one of them is by choosing altcoin which indeed only deducts a small fee as transaction costs, my advice is better to choose altcoin withdrawal from the exchange by using altcoin which does have a cheap price on the exchange because usually the altcoin fee will not be too expensive, I often make withdrawals using ltc, trx, and eth coins in certain exchanges.

Yeah, true story, I was shocked too when faced these problems last year. There was a useful topic somewhere here, on the forum, where people made a spreadsheet to track optimal ways of withdrawing coins from the exchanges.

Fees are very individual by each exchange. If you have some money on Dcoin, just convert BTC into another crypto like ETH or LTC. Firstly, it will solve the problem of high fees, and secondly you will get your money much faster.
About this, of course I would prefer LTC because clearly, LTC has an even lower cost than the others if we talk about the costs incurred for a famous coin in the cryptocurrency market. Indeed, we cannot make an exchange for storage because it has a very high risk, but at the same time we must be clever to manage expenses in this case is about the withdrawal fees that we might do every few days to finally end up storing on a wallet or even immediately cashed it.

As a reply above was right if you wanted to withdraw this for the safest way you can withdraw using switching into other coins like Ethereum that has a very low fee. And then, once you have been transferred to the exchange that you desire to use because of low fees will be fine.
Try to research because there are many websites that tell of comparison between those crypto exchanges.

Just like this if you want a reference, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/crypto-exchanges-comparison-trade-fee-listing-fee-age-mobile-app-more-5079048. Good luck!

Different exchanges have also different withdrawal fees as well as into transaction fees to be able to complete the process needed to confirm the transaction you want to make your asset be released from any exchange into your personal crypto wallet you have provided. Not all exchanges have expensive withdrawal fees but most do have which I think also depends on the type of exchange which specially those exchanges that are well-known will surely have high rates of transaction fee. Also, the transaction fee depends on the volatility of the cryptocurrency as far as I can remember. You if you do want to withdraw your asset, be sure to roam around and explore the whole exchange before transferring your asset desired for trading. Assure that once that asset was sold, it can acquire the needed minimum amount withdrawal because it will be non sense once the amount you have sold does not meet up that limit needed to be able to withdraw your asset.
