By the way, I want to say that this happened after the previous version of the wallet was not synchronized, I updated the wallet. And then it happened, the wrong password and not clear wallet when restoring

Did you update in response to messages in the app itself? Can you check your browser history for the exact URL you downloaded electrum from and share that with us?

On the addresses tab do you see any familiar addresses? View menu > show addresses to bring that tab into view.

Do you happen to remember what the previous version was that you were using?

If the 12 word seed mnemonic is not restoring the correct wallet, then there is a possibility that you have the "wrong" 12 word seed mnemonic saved Undecided That is to say, it is a "valid" seed, but for a different wallet.

Have you ever used that 12 word seed mnemonic to recover the wallet before? or tested that it generates the correct wallet? I've seen instances before where people have written down a seed, but then accidentally started using a different wallet file... all the while thinking they had their seed mnemonic backup, only to discover months later that they didn't Sad

DireWolfM14, Tried this option, did not help.

Abdussamad, I created a wallet in January 2018.
He made no changes, came in sometimes, checked the balance.
During this time, changed the computer, without any problems transferred everything to a new one.

If you have your seed words you will definitely be able to restore your wallet.  You will not need to remember your password.  The only way this will not work is if you added an extension to your seed words, and did not include that extension in your backup, or you forgot that extension.

Here's the step by step to restore your wallet using the seed words:

Open Electrum and click File>New/Restore, then click Next.
Select "Standard Wallet" and click Next.
Select "I already have a seed" and click Next.

On the "Enter Seed" page enter your seed phrase, then click on the Options button:

When the Options dialog comes up, select BIP39 seed (and Extend if applicable.)

And last, choose one of these three options.  If it doesn't work at first, repeat the above steps, and choose a different option, keep trying until you've tried all three options.  One is bound to work.

Do you know by chance if your OLD addresses were starting with 1, or 3, or bc1? (View-> Show Addresses)

When you restore your wallet, in the same page where you enter the seed, you may have to click Options and select BIP39 and from the other page select one of those options.
From 3 attempts one may be the wallet you're expecting.

Everything worked without problems. The wallet is synchronized, the balance was positive.

Now I tried on another computer. All the same.

Hi to all!

I can not enter your wallet. The system writes the wrong password. (but I enter everything correctly). I tried to open copies of the wallet - useless, wrong password. Tried to recover the password in 12 words. The wallet opens, but it is empty. No bitcoins, no history, nothing. Reinstalled electrum, did not help.

Please help.

I use electrum 3.3.4 portable.

I have a hard time following your logic... You either need your seed phrase OR you password + wallet file. You can't recover your password using the 12 word seed phrase.

My advice:
- take a step back
- take backup copy's of ALL wallets and ALL seed phrases
- install a clean copy of electrum portable, downloaded from the official website on a CLEAN PC, restore the wallet from seed. You don't need the password (you can pick any password you want) during the restore phase.

If this doesn't work you either have the wrong seed phrase written down, or there are connectivity issues... If the button on the right bottom of electrum's screen is green, it's connectivity issues otherwise it's the wrong seed phrase.
