This figure is maybe possible and maybe not because at this moment bitcoins and altcoins are facing another threat and obstacles this time from China in which they ban both bitcoin and altcoins thru ICO and exchangers. Last week we saw how crypto currencies sudden huge movements. If just no obstacles will occur today until to year 2020 then i will believe that value of $12K is very much possible.
You know, if usage for bitcoin and cryptocurrencies doesn't increase over reasonable demand I don't think that a speculative rally is going to keep on for years. A massive correction could hit the crypto economy at any time so hoping on such a price rise is not all that reasonable to me. There are many hurdles to overcome to reach adoption.

My prediction is the price of Bitcoin will be over $100,000 by 2020. I know it is quite an ambitious target, but so many people are getting into Bitcoin it is like the internet boom of 1990. I think very soon we will see such a figure, and hope sooner than later. 
It's really quite possible to see this price by the year 2020, I mean as you all could notice Bitcoins price has been increasing year by year so there is really a big chance this prices will be made possible by then. I'll just keep holding on to my bitcoins and alternate coins until then.

It's not impossible to reach these values, but yea, lot of people need to get on board with BTC, and hope it decreases the number of bad news related to BTC.

You gave me a chill to relax now and this is something not only funny but it's sort of conspiracy. 3 years from now bitcoin will hit $12k? That's a good one I wish that I have 10-20 bitcoins by that time so that I can keep on pursuing my dream to become rich. It will be amazing if Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin could hit the price as indicated on the picture that are clearly edited for entertainment purpose in 3 years time, who knows maybe it would become real in future, and there will be more millionaires in this world who get rich from investing in crypto-currencies.

That kind of prediction in the year of 2020 is like a realistic pic even though it is edited through the inspect element but if you will base on the progress of bitcoin and the fundamentals of bitcoin then it is easy to reach to that price because we already see the huge pump in the price of bitcoin from a low price to a very high price and even though the price fall in the past few days but it still bounce back.
There is no way BTC will hit 10k in three years. But then again, I could be wrong.
i can accept those number if it is really happened at 2020 and those people might be time Traveller and they are warning us to be relaxed to facing this situations

If that is made to give us some strength with what's happening right now that's a good one and there's a possibility that bitcoin will be at $12k on 2020.Did you ever say thanks to him as the representative of the bitcoin world. That's totally a good price and number so I've got to hold out my bitcoins for now.

But this is a good hope and is very possible to happen in the future. I'm sure that we will see bitcoin's price at this amount.
