He is a very lucky winner if he deposit his bitcoin and hit it with his first bet on the site, but if he did martingale a number of times before hitting this big win, the profit margin might not be so high after deducting all his betting amounts together. But in gambling, anything is possible, I have personally seen a few players winning more than 70 BTC in a short period of time.

always nice to see gamblers hit big and win decent amounts
what we do not know if the said player had spent copious amounts of money to get that win
and judging by the multiplier it is not just a random 180$ bet on a random high multiplier but a martingale that finally paid out
so he can be even losing, depending on how long his losing streak has been
in any case, congratulations on the win and hope he/she wins more

How it is possible that $180 converted to $2700. If it is true then let me know how? What is the method you adopted. I go through the website and found that it is like a simple gambling site like any other ones and the same feature.
Nopes. It is pretty much different. It relies on the last digit of the block hash that confirms your bet Tx.

Betting on chain bet is quite risky because you can't choose how much  risk you want to take and trying to hit 15x might make you loss all you have.  Grin
Disagreed. U can pretty much control your risk. All u have to do is to bet on multiple options and get your transactions confirmed in the same block.

Yeah that is true, but the risk doesn't go down to be honest. In fact it would be much more riskier to bet multiple times that would result to a 15x increase than doing just one bet that would multiply your bet to x15. The reason is that every time you bet there would be house edge and if that stacks cumulatively then it would be a riskier bet.

I would never bet 1 Bitcoin either because this is too much for me. This would be like 200 times more than I can afford to lose, and even losing 500k satoshis would hurt, but at least I wouldn't be in trouble because of that. Also I think if one was so lucky to win 1 Bitcoin, it's better to withdraw all the winnings immediately. I can see no point in losing half of your winnings.
Question of withdrawal does not arise in the given case, as chain-bet.com is an on-chain game. All winning directly hit gambler's wallet.

Wow, that's cool. I haven't thought of that because the site is not opening for me for some reasons, but yeah, I should've guessed from the name of the site. The site is called chain-bet so, it's logical.

But nevertheless, I wouldn't risk 0.05 BTC betting it in hope to win 0.75. The greater the reward the greater the risk.

May be if he was lucky enough he can win that bet in a first try. But do you believe that he just tried it onr time? I do not think so, the chance is much too high to get those winning. Some of them that willing to risk his 0.05 btc on one bet must have pretty much btc stored on their wallet. But for many of us here that do not have enough brave or much possible thing is bankroll then we do not have chance to win this huge amount

We cannot be as confident all the time to risk that huge amount so far, and you're right that we don't have chance to win for bigger amount. It's all a matter of great lucky chances, why other people seems to get bigger profit over it. That's so big if we risk that amount, but if you have plenty of it I guess we should control the funds that coming out of our budget.

maybe possible also this one is pure luck or an advertisement to make some noise and gather attention for us to be more curious about the site, but anyway
congrats to him mate that's really a big nerved before I will try that one, people have its own personality if he can take the risk that's the reward for him.

I wouldn't be soo surprised by this because its clearly not so tuff to hit it . It is just 15x multiplier and these type of hits happen soo often in dice /roulette in online casinos Smiley

Heres another one. #3293 won 1.5 BTC for his 0.1 bet. This is indeed a lucky guy who did hit the pot.For other who did say they dont like to risk money on this big then some people would really dare to bet amounts.Since its their own money and we cant do anything.Badluck if they dont won but if they hit the spot then surely they would smile.

Would be interesting, which strategy he ran. Maybe martingale or similar with high risk and multiply bet?

i use martingale pattern all the time when i do gambling on dice and hi lo sites, so far i won many times and then i stop playing for a while then play again  next day or two. but gambling dont need pattern or methods. gambling is mostly on luck and verry risky to play.

This gambler win a lot, but just think how many times he loose before that. Then may be it is smarter to play the Dice, at least you can play your own game with your own rules, plus make the win really fast. In some Dice sites experienced players just make 1 - 2 Bitcoins in one hour or so. Of course you need good balance, otherwise you can not make good win.

Yea that's true someone gets lucky most of the time but you cannot be lucky each and every single time.
Even a single bad luck can make you pay for all the luck you had.
