Seriously we should pay a fee also provide login details to get the refund LOL, It's sure as hell is SCAM.
I received that shit too, for luck i purchased only about 0.12 btc, i dont will pay 0.1 btc to get only 0.02 refund 
Anyone else received this email hashocean today?
I will risk 0.5, maybe i can get a refund of my 30 btc purchase.
