The next chapter is a shadow above the Hong Kong ban of bitcoin. We have seen and this before. I think they will play this for almost a month. Is a known weapon to keep the price low.
And for the old news now it seems that the scam with mycoin is now to 5 million dollar down from 356 million dollar! Tongue

It's not that hard for medium to large whales to manipulate the thin orderbooks.

Not sure if they are really trying to keep the price down at this point, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were.

I have noticed this too, all the main media outlets are reporting bad news. All you have to do is look at coindesk on coinmarketcap a few days ago all it was reporting was negative news. What is even more scary is that these sources are coming from inside the Bitcoin community.
They are trying to enter double digit territory so they can rack on Bitcoins as they are understanding the potential to destabilize the status quo.

I think in this days we see an organized propaganda with negatives news to keep the bitcoin price low. We see fake new like this

http://www.coindesk.com/hong-kong-exchange-mycoin-disappears-387m-reports-claim/

to popup in every bitcoin new site even to Coindesk and general every day we see negative news or opinions about bitcoin like 'bitcoin will not survive' 'after years none will remember bitcoin' etc.
Imo the purpose for that is to keep bitcoin price low until the next batch of silk road bitcoin auction that will happen in the q1 of 2015. If this is right we will see and lower price of bitcoin in the next days.
Sorry for my bad english but i have to write this

Are you stupid? If real things happen, media tends to report about it! Take off your tinfoil hat.
A lot of people have lost a lot of money in that case, and all you care about is the price of Bitcoin. Or do you demand that no newssite should report about that event?
How selfish!

Looks like fonzie has turned back to full on trolltard.  He now seems to forget that REAL media reported for months that China had completely banned bitcoin (A irritating lie then, CLEARLY a full blown lie now) and also that Dorian Nakamoto was the real Satoshi (in Newsweek no less).

Please tell it this guy, how everything is made up...

Ok so the story is, HongKong Bitcoin Exchange ran with the investors millions.

If I am one of the victims, what should I do?

Bitcoin Exchange MyCoin Bows Down To Bankruptcy, Took Investors Money

Is there a chance to get our investments back? How?

And as i remember now this china ban story was one month before the first auction of silk road's bitcoin. Is all of them clues about a heavy manipulation bitcoin market from a small team of investors?

I like to think that this is the calm before the storm.
One day we will be much higher from these numbers and your gonna wish for these days.
Get you coins now and hold (if you can).

Its been calm for a long time now. Its also calm at times before some downward action happens.

Why don't you believe it's the most free market and the price don't need to be go upwards all the time? When Mycoin was hacked, of course Coindesk make it in the news, it's their job (They are news site in case you didn't know). Your conspiracy theory is so funny that I can't even argue with it.

cant blame OP , the so called news reporter nowadays write dump shit or just copy and paste from other BS news.

If thats how Coindesk operates, then its just another shitty click bait news site.
