I just got another 3 confirmations in just a short period ... that was strange.
Followed by a 7 minute block.
Followed by a 2 minute block. 
A couple of hours? There was a block that took about 1h30 just now. Followed by a 7 minute block.
That is perfectly normal. You should see confirmations for that. If you don't then your transaction wasn't included in the blocks for some reason. Check the most recent blocks for your transaction.

Would you mind providing a TxID for two of them? Their data's real-time for a few transactions I checked.
All of my transactions have been sitting with the same number of confirmations for a couple of hours... This isn't normal is it?
