i would definitely do that because in a longer run it would allow all the people to make some money because of price growth
Buy it, don't think too much about it. Price is under 600$ and this is great time for buying. Face to face, or some local exchanging, maybe with credit card, that depends from where you are. Try to find good price and buy it, don't think too much, everyone is expecting price to go up very soon.
I would give 1000$ if I have it without much thinking about it, price is stable for some time, and last drop was final drop I think. In next couple weeks price will start to go up, and in November, December we can expect some top. At least its my prediction for price movement in next period.

Well i think that is not required as there are trusted place where he can buy coins with that amount and that wont make him lose anything, or someone also can buy bitcoins from this forum from trusted members, though they are trusted but using and escrow would still be safer.
