It's a great news for the bitcoin users of S. Korea. They will definitely love to use and pay bills with BTC. But it will not good if the fee of transaction cross the limits because we all know how high is the transaction fee now a days. Overall everything looking nice. Though I am not a person from those 2 countries but still feeling crazy for that crypto success. Hope one day my country will also adapt bitcoin and cryptocurrency like this.

And finally KEB, one of the biggest bank have partnered with Korean express Highway corp to introduce a decentralized blockchain based system to implement several toll services.
Now Australia, also have strated trial for eth based license that may replace the physical obe, in future
