2. Based on my research, those accounts already got banned. Why does moderators ban those accounts? it's temporary or permanent? AFAIK most accounts got banned due to plagiarism or evading ban, not spamming.
You are not most likely going to get banned for spamming a single time. If you spam a lot, you will get banned of course. The above mentioned users have no contribution on the forum, most of their post are spam. It can be safely assumed that they will only bring spam to the forum, nothing else. Having them banned makes sense I think.
Yes you are right, spammers that is not contributing anything meaningful to the forum is supposed to ban because the reason the forum is created  for good communication and also bring a solution that will solve big problems. But some of us don't read and don't take the rules and regulations serious, so they are supposed to be ban. It's in the law of the forum that pointless contribution is not supported and any pointless response is as off-topic, so if what they will be given is off topic let them be ban.

The last posting from your IP was less than 17 seconds ago. Please try again later. The thing you were trying to post was saved as a draft. This limit decreases substantially as your account becomes more established.
The waiting duration between two posts is depends on your rank. So, once you will be ranked up your waiting duration will decreased too.
Is it possible to remove the limit?
You cant do that before change your rank and also still there should have limit when you will be on the higher rank (legendary). The limit is to stop spam post.

Yes, that is right, imo. Newbie accounts can get a ban if they post spam or engage in other unproductive behavior. For example, I have seen accounts that got banned after the first two posts, both of which were spam.

Besides, only some of the accounts mentioned in the OP were kicked out, as far as I can see. At least for now.  Grin

1. Which part if those spammer can be said as alt farm?

Well, I don't have proofs that they are alt. But, By their post history, posting pattern and registration date, I assume they are alts.

First I want to say good job for your findings and I'm not against your initiative, but I'd like to ask a couple of question since I'm not completely understand about it.

1. Which part if those spammer can be said as alt farm? AFAIK they're giving any merit to each other which is their effort are completely pointless. I'd say he's just want to trolling in this forum and didn't do anything related with money or abusing an event.

2. Based on my research, those accounts already got banned. Why does moderators ban those accounts? it's temporary or permanent? AFAIK most accounts got banned due to plagiarism or evading ban, not spamming.

You don't necessarily need to report the post individually. You could indicate a comment saying "Please check the user's post history, where he mostly spam in bounty threads.". From there, you'll be saving a lot of time and your report won't be repeated on the moderator's end making both your job easier and without you worrying the report limitation.

I think I tried it several times, but it was not successful because only the post that was reported was deleted. Although there is no doubt that it would be much easier on the part of the person doing the report, but the moderator still has to manually delete each post using the user post history - which may not be the easiest way from their perspective.

The spammer Torebasdimu has already been nuked, so it seems worthwhile to report them. Let the moderators do their thing.

Here's another one doing the same:

Karen7

Yeah, I already found that account too. But, I was in hurry. So I bookmarked his profile link to report it later. Look like you already did it for me. Thanks

Here is another one;

The limit increases as you rank up I believe. Nothing you can do about it without ranking up for the moment.

Now I have enough merits to reach the next rank. I have to post more to reach the next rank.

This is helpful but likely most won't pay attention to it whom have lower ranks. They want the credit for reporting all vs getting 1 point for reporting a user.

all of these posts have been deleted, so if you find posts like that you just need to scroll to the bottom of each post from that member and there will be a word "report to moderator". You only need to report to the moderator by writing down the reason.

Yeah, I already did that and all my 35 reports were handled with 100% accuracy. The latest 15 are still unhandled.

I posted part of this on another thread already. But I found more accounts, and it seems like all of them belong to the same guy.

I found a Brand New account Posting random words on bounty threads which is Spam. I know there are some threads to report Plagiarism and multiple account connections. But I don't know where to report Spam. So I created this thread. I already reported them all. I hope moderators will take care of those spammers. I quoted some posts below for reference.

The Accounts are:
1- As23
2- Magi23
3- Kolding
4- Amisagol
5- KolaKha
6- Torebasdimu
7- Luggi1

While Reporting some posts, I get an error;
