Signature campaign finished a couple of days ago as mentioned on Yahoo's post . In other words , you are enrolled a few hours before the campaign finishes so even If you got accepted , you probably wouldn't be able to make the minimum amount of posts and get paid.
It finished sometime ago and It got removed by Mitchell from the Overview of Bitcointalk signature campaigns thread , Yahoo also announced it and the Google Spreadsheet is no longer being updated . In other words , Yahoo simply forgot to change the title and to close this topic.
