Freemind. Here's some explanation from Oto Suvari's (Director, research and development at Spectre) interview:

"What are the pros and cons for the token holders?
There are two tokens available: a dividend-token (SPEC-D) and a utility-token (SPEC-U).
Utility tokens receive higher payouts and a wider variety of assets inside the SPECTRE.ai platform (Please explain).// Example: Inside the SPECTRE trading platform, if non U-token holders get $75 when they win a $100 trade, the U-token holders would be earning $76-$80. U-token holders will be able to trade on assets (currency pairs like EURUSD) that non U-token holders will not be able to trade.
3% of fees generated (after payouts to dividend-token holders) will buy back utility tokens// correct"

But I must pay twice for both tokens? If I want both tokens, than i must buy 1-st kind, and than second?
If you are referring to the sale, you buy the tokens. Once the sale is over, you receive a stem token. You then take the stem token and have it converted into the dividend token or the utility token. You get what is called a Stem Token when you invest. Then after the ICO is over you can convert that into d or u. So you would only get 10 ETH worth of tokens total.

Yes. Please write to [email protected] to update your amount.
By the 23rd of October, investors will have to have
specified the exact amount of ETH they wish to contribute in the pre-sale registration form. If during the sale they attempt to send a transaction with less ETH than indicated in the pre-sale registration, then the transaction may be rejected and the ETH will be returned to the contributor. (Instructions on how to handle gas will be published in a tutorial closer to the pre-sale date).

Very good interview. Oto points out the fair and unconflicted chance for traders to earn money. You have a fair counterparty (liquidity pool), who does not care if you win or loose - it pays your profit without delaying or asking questions, or puts your losses to the pool, where you can have a bit compensation back monthly by bying also dividend tokens.

Ok. I understand this. But now, one more question. You have fixed amount of tokens. But if almost all people want dividends tokens for example (80%) then... you will dont have so much dividents tokens? What then?
This will be dealt with after the pre-sale when the results come out.
There was first only one token, the dividend distributing one, but after there were many request for a utility token, the change was made. Traders want a utility token, because it can be traded in big bourses, and besides it gives some privileges to traders - higher trading profits, more trading types etc. As to the divy token, its trading possibilities are much more restricted. Take a look at pros and cons in this link:

So it is not so sure all investors want only dividend tokens. I believe many investors want both.
