I wonder why you need to register at all, all holder addresses are known and distribution should be done without any KYC
As stated numerous times through out the ICO and since it's completion, the platform is not open to some places (including the US at this time) and dividends will not be paid to those in places where the platform is not open. Spectre joined to the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance. Among other members of this Alliance is Microsoft, Intel, J.P.Morgan etc. Hope we will see good growing soon.
