Spectre.ai is one of the few projects that are making good use of blockchain technology for real world purpose.

The platform goes live March 31st with weekly dividends to start late April.
That is the basic idea behind the project and they will start delivering the dividends from April on weekly basis. Just 20 more days left for the platform to release the live version and it is going to be good sign before the bearish market settles.

Well I think I see Spectre around $5 in one month..
We are still into bearish phase it seems this could take little more time to achieve this milestone. I also think this token has good potential to reach $5 in value soon maybe by end of Q2.

Yes the dividends depend very much on how many players they get on the platform. Remember that this is a start-up company and it took many years for the likes of IG Index to build up over 100,000 customers. It will probably start slowly with Spectre, they are in a tough space to crack into.
But I believe there is a genuine use case for the technology here, the options industry is rife with fraud so a company that can do brokerless trading could attract a good deal of interest.

if you deposited/withdrew from an exchange with KYC, if your transactions are being broadcast unencrypted over your ISP ... those can be used to identify you

Exactly, the potential coin will take time to give good returns and I hope from April the price of spectre will start increasing in the market, once they start paying dividends to people who are holding the coins.

Example I know some tokens listed on exchange recent.
