This is correct. The decimals display incorrectly on 2 block explorers and etherdelta. The process is on hold now while the team fixes it. More information will be posted later, with an email sent out as well. Thank you for your patience.

Well my transaction failed as it's still sitting with 1 confirmations out of 13.
Set gas to 700k and all that.
£31 in fees when my other transactions at the start where 8p.
