SPECTRE Disrupts Financial Trading With the Removal of Brokers

Sorry, I missunderstood that hardcap is defined in USD.
The base rate for tokens is 1 ETH = 2000 tokens. The hard cap is actually 240m tokens, which was about $30m usd when the sale started
But what if Eth will spikes + 30% for a moment and then will dip so worth of gathered coins will drop very strongly?

I am not sure if I understand you correctly.
I believe the worth of collected Eth is based on real time Eth price.
And as long as the hard cap(which is 15 mil if I remember it correctly) is reached, the ICO should end.

According to the official Spectre.ai the team has collected almost 14 million dollars. Apparently, the hard cap will not collected, but the amount is still impressive.
I've seen many times that some participants invest only at the end of an ICO, often in the last minutes with big invests. At the moment it doesn't mean that it will not reach the Hardcap, we will see, almost 12 days to go.

In SPECTRE, there is no concept of deposit. Traders trade from their own Ethereum wallet.
