At stores it is 0percent, if you want to buy online you can use our virtual card, the fee is also 0percent and you can get it instantly.

Looks to be a MyChoice card, the same as Xapo and E-Coin are supplying.
Technically they are debit cards in terms of how they are viewed by the terminals, but they are also prepaid as you need to load them with BTC before being able to spend anything.
