Topic: Spectrocoin using my 100 Bitcoins for themselves scam scam (Read 2220 times)

Personally, no problem with Spectrocoin at all. Having participated in their ICO "Bankera", I even got my first comission! For me it's legit and all people that used it and I know them, they say it's legit.

I think they also scammed me for my .1 eth i sent to them almost 10 days ago.

100 BTC.
Why would you store it in anything other than cold storages, people would definitely scam for 400,000 USD, and you stored it in a exchange, which is pretty much giving them your money. Plus you deposited probably one of the least reputable exchanges.

Try file a lawsuit against them, that's a lot of money lost and I would be fighting tooth and neck to get it back.

I don't understand why SpectroCoin would risk everything to steal someone's bitcoins.

This service appears to be a scam to me, i have tried to call the office number and all i get is a beeping sound.
I am also chatting to Adele and she can not explain to me the steps involved in exchanging BTC to ZAR and then how you transfer that in to a local bank in South Africa.

He could of had that wallet for as a casino withdrawal address. Who knows.
The reason being is they took the funds in that wallet.
They should answer the reasons why they did it for all to see their answer for doing this in the first place.
That's the real statement here to be proven or not.

Why on earth would you hold 100btcs on there in the first place. Im sorry but that was so fucking stupid you was asking for it to be stolen. Nobody can help get that back, its gone and you should move on. Ffs 100btc what was you thinking.

I don't think that Spectrocoin lock accounts with many bitcoins just because they want to steal it. Maybe users break Spectrocoin ToS or fraud activity was noticed.
But also, it's not very usual thing to keep so many bitcoins on online exchange/wallet where users don't have full control of their coins and they have to folow qebsite rules.
It would be interesting to hear few words from Sprctrocoin about this issue.

So they only lock accounts if there are large amounts in them?
What if someone who had a small amount like 0.02btc in there account and did the same thing the person who had 100btc in their account? Would they lock their account or just let it go because that's not enough for them to confiscate their funds and just hope they will continuing using them until they have a bigger amount of say 0.5btc until they decide to want to lock it so to confiscate those funds too to get a bigger payout for them?
That is what it sounds like what's going on here with this exchange/debit card company and the way that they so called "operate".

I don't understand why I see complaints against Spectrocoin only when they lock accounts with huge amount of bitcoins, like 70, 90 or 100 bitcoins.
Now to the topic. I think there was reason why you was blocked. Maybe you break their ToS or something similar?
If their support don't respond to you, you can write PM to forum member VytautasK or SpectroCoin_support or just write about your issue on their thread on bitcointalk.
P.S. I can't understand why people keepvsuch big amount of bitcoins in online wallets/exchanges.

Next time diversify. I cant think of any situation where its a good idea to keep all those eggs in one basket. Condolences on your loss.

I'v used Spectrocoin for over a year and i have never had any problems. Iv never had too much BTC in play , under 0.2 at any 1 time.

You wanna know what kind of company you'd be dealing with?
Then as mentioned above, read the other scam threads against spectro and take a look at their rep VytautasK profile.
Make sure to pay close attention to their trust score and negative feedbacks from numerous users.

Personally, I wouldn't use them.

Anyway, make sure to research carefully and then decide for yourself.

As per the scene they have many scam reports pending and most of them are of huge volume, i will suggest you to stop using their services till the old stories are unfolded.

I had previously sent them a PM for reviewing their platform but they clearly rejected it, so i am sure they want shills to promote them.
