Well, the site (bitaddress.org) is not owned by me. It is a client based site that runs the script on YOUR PC. Reference : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-bitaddressorg-safe-javascript-bitcoin-addressprivate-key-43496

And about that stealing part, You don't give me the Full Private Key. One part ( Private Key ) is saved with you and the other part ( Public Key ) is sent.
There is no way I can access your Bitcoin Address as I don't have the Full Private Key. And Hence the Name : Split Vanity Generator.
