When i opened this thread, I was expecting a scam accusation for more then $100.

So I heard about sportsbet.io 10mbtc first bet refund ( if you loose it) offer. Before opening account I inquire about my eligibility for availing that offer and they said yes I can go ahead and deposit. After that I deposit 10mbtc nd placed a tennis bet at 1.5 odds and lost it. When I asked for refund on live chat they told me that it will be processed after 24 hour, after 24 hours they told me that it will be processed in couple of hours and that they told me that I am not eligible for refund.
I have every proof of my chats and betting history (in case if they try to delete it). I will move this post to scam allegation section if there will be no refund in next 12 hours. I am giving them 12 hours to sort out if any technical difficulties or other things are there and pay me 10 mbtc as per their promotion.

I find it very hard to believe that a casino/sportsbook would turn to scamming for 10 mbtc. I think you were either ineligible in the first place or there is a mistake on their part, which if they investigate they will notice & refund the bet. There's essentialy no proof here, however this is the 2nd scam accusation against sportsbet in a couple of days (the other one is without proof too
