To get bigger team on your development is indeed a great thing to do. Good to see that bitsler will be back online and continue his service here, so this will answer every doubte out there from people who do not really believe that bitsler is going to do the best to make sure they will be back in no time. Hi JollyGood, indeed DDOS attacks are not the reason for Bitsler being offline for 2 weeks. The main reason is that one of the owner of Bitsler has decided to quit. Like Baryom already explained, he was really tired (mainly because of the constant DDOS attacks).
Probably, you believe that changing most of the dev team including the main one is simple, but trust me, it's not, especially in this kind of business where security of players is everything.
Our old and new team are working together extremely hard to make sure that Bitsler will be back as soon as possible. I admit that we didn’t communicate enough but please respect their work.
Thank you all for your patience, understanding and kind words, we will update you very soon with fresh news about Bitsler's reborn :slightly_smiling_face:

Bitsler had to be alive, I hope new dev is a new blood here which will bring a lot of success, offer us a new games, not only new coins but a more variety of games. Trust is what's hard to gain and you guys have gained it, consider that it's hard to trust every casino, so develop as much as possible. Thank you for the update, Baryom! Now everything is clear. The main reason behind the long bitsler maintenance is not DDoS attack like most of us thought before. Btw, bitsler will soon return to the business, which is good news.
We can all thank Baryom but if there was no DDOS attack and the partner was walking away why was a replacement not put in place to avoid this debacle?
If there was no DDOS attack and there was no malicious disruption then this is very bad management on part of Baryom. Simple.

No update on when the site will be up and operational again. The site owners are now focused more on withdrawals. Maybe after that they would make an announcement on what will be their next move on the future of Bitsler. Give it more time.Were funds stolen or was it just a DDOS attack?

If Bitsler was protected by the basic Cloudflare protection (which is free or $20 a month using the PRO plan) then it would not help much but if it was protected by the next level up BUSINESS plan at $200 a month then it would definitely help as it guarantees "24/7/365 uptime". Which plan was Bitsler on?

Is that permitted on here? To have min withdrawal it will be processed but to have lower than minimal withdrawal, I do not really think that it will work since it already said to have minimum withdrawal. I do not know of this case is accepted on current situation right now. You should ask them to look into it or you should try to email them

I have never used Bitsler but from reading the posts it seems the majority have faith in the website owner (Baryom). If you are still awaiting your crypto please be patient, hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

Seems like Baryom has been making sure every user is getting their money so I don't see a reason you wouldn't get your money (considering so many have already). I'd just give them time.
